Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

When registering a domain it can take up to 24 hours for the domain to become active. The hosting can be immediate on activation, or when your website is ready to publish to the worldwide web.

Providing we get full co-operation from your current host the maximum period of a transfer is 7days.

When transferring your domain away from Silverweb:

You will need to give our billing department a calendar month notice and ensure that your account is paid up. There after you will contact your new hosting provider and get further instructions form them.

When transferring your domain to Silverweb:

You will need to advise your current hosting company that you are transferring your domain away. You will then need to get the FTP details, a copy of your database (If applicable), Authorization code (if applicable), unlock the domain (if applicable) and the Email addresses that you require so that we can set up everything on our servers to ensure that you have minimum downtime.

When registering a domain through Silverweb, you are the owner and you may transfer or point the domain to a service provider of your choice.

When registering a domain through Silverweb, we can change your DNS records to "point" your domain name to direct visitors to your website, even if your website is on another ISP's server.
